Charles was born on June 24, 1973 in Kilburn, London. He went to Hammersmith and West London College studying performing arts. Venn started his acting career under the surname Venice. He got his first big break in 2003 after he was given the role as Curtis Alexander in footballing drama “Dream Team”. He appeared in total 98 episodes before his character was killed in 2005.
In 2006, he got the role in horror movie “Return to House on Haunted Hill”. The same year, he also appeared on movies like Wrong Turn, Bourne Ultimatum and The Dark Knight.
