Charles was born on June 24, 1973 in Kilburn, London. He went to Hammersmith and West London College studying performing arts. Venn started his acting career under the surname Venice. He got his first big break in 2003 after he was given the role as Curtis Alexander in footballing drama “Dream Team”. He appeared in total 98 episodes before his character was killed in 2005.

In 2006, he got the role in horror movie “Return to House on Haunted Hill”. The same year, he also appeared on movies like Wrong Turn, Bourne Ultimatum and The Dark Knight.

In 2008, he starred in an episode of the television series “Little Miss Jocelyn”. He was also seen on an episode of American series “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List” where Kathy Griffin visits the UK and the pair go on a date. Since 2005, he also appeared in the play “The Brothers”.

Apart from that, some other television shows Charles Venn appeared are EastEnders, Miranda, I Do, But to What?, Casualty and many more. Charles who is known for his muscular body, great physique has recently joined the cast of Strictly Come Dancing. He will have to compete against Joe Sugg, Vick Hope, Kate Silverton, Faze Toyer, Graeme Swann, Lauren Steadman, Stacey Dooley and Dr. Ranj Singh for the title.

Regarding his personal life, we don’t know if he is married or not. But he has two children named Renee Venn and Marcel Venn.
