Theodore Jones known by his stage name as Young Greatness was an American rapper. He is best known for his single ‘Moolah’ which peaked at No. 85 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Young Greatness net worth before his death is estimated to be $300,000.

Greatness was born on September 19, 1984 in New Orleans but moved to Houston after Hurricane Katrina. Growing up, he listened to rappers like Jay Z, Biggie and Juvenile. He released his first project ‘Rich & Famous’ in 2012 in the form of digital download. Next year, he released his next project ‘Trap Jumpin 2.0’.

Jones got his big break after he caught the attraction of rapper Bun B and Mike Jones which led him to a contract with Quality Control Music. In 2015, he released mixtape ‘I Tried to Tell Em’. The tape consisted of hit singles like ‘Moolah’ and ‘Yeah’ featuring Quavo. Moolah was his biggest hit where it peaked #85 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song caught huge attraction and rappers like Lil Wayne and Yo Gotti even released the remix version of that song. Some of his other projects are ‘Dollar For Hate’, ‘Seven’, ‘I Tried to Tell Em 2’.

In March of 2016, he was named in Rolling Stone magazine in ’10 New Artists You Need to Know’. He also made appearance on television show ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’.

On October 29, 2018, Young Greatness was shot to death outside a Waffle House restaurant in New Orleans. He was 34 years old.
