Wilmer Eduardo Valderrama is an American actor, singer and producer, and host. He became a household name as Fez in Fox TV most-watched sitcom That ‘70s Show” (1998-2006). He played a prominent role in From Dusk till Dawn: The Series (2014–2016) as Carlos Madrigal. He played recurring roles in “The Ranch” and Grey’s Anatomy (2016). He also hosted MTV series “Yo Momma” from 2006-2007. He also played a part as Nick Torres in CBS series “NCIS”. He voiced the character of Manny in kids show “Handy Manny” (2006-2013). Valderrama also performed in numerous movies. He won Teen Choice Award thrice in 2003, 2005 and 2006 for “Sidekick”.

Valderrama was born on January 30, 1980, in Miami, Florida. His parents are Sobeida a Balbino A. Valderrama who owns a company. The family moved to Venezuela when he was three years old and later moved back to the United States when he turned 14. Valderrama is Colombian and Venezuelan descent. He attended Taft High School in Woodland Hills California.
Valderrama has been romantically linked to several Hollywood stars. He dated actress Lindsay Lohan in 2004and former Disney Channel star and singer Demi Lovato from 2010-2016. He also rumored to date Avril Lavigne and Ashlee Simpson. In January 2020, Valderrama got engaged to Amanda Pacheco to be his wife. He has won an ALMA Award for Outstanding Social Activism on September 27, 2013.

Valderrama entered the small screen through TV commercial of Spanish Language Pacific Bell. he then debuted on television through Disney’s “Omba Mokomba” (1997). He was featured in his movie “Summer Cash” as Mickey. In 1998 he joined the cast of “That 70’s show”. He played Fez, a raunchy foreign exchange student. He has difficulty in attracting girls but by the end of the last season, he becomes a “lady killer. He plays the one-sided lover of Jackie (played by Mila Kunis) till the eighth season when his love is finally reciprocated.
In 2002, he played Eugenio in “Grounded for love” and Punch in “MADTV”. In 2003, he got a role in movie Party Monster and TV series Punk’d for three episodes.
He played some voice acting roles in Clifford’s Big Movie (2004) as Rodrigo, ”Robot Chicken” as Fez, “The Condor” (2007) as Tony Valdez, “The Cleveland Show” as Diego, Charming (2018) as Prince Charming, Trouble (2019) as Thurman and Onward (2020) as Gaxton. He appeared in Fast food Nation” (2006) as Raul for which he got nominated in Imagen Foundation Award for Best Actor in a Film. The same year he produced and hosted “ Yo Momma” (2007-07) and made appearances in “ The Sopranos”, episode Luxury Lounge, Shorty McShorts’ Shorts as Nestor followed by two films, Unaccompanied Minors and Zoom. He then appeared into El Muerto (2007), Columbus Day (2008), Days of Wrath (2008), The dry Land (2010). He has single episode appearances in Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Wizards of Waverly Place (2010), NTSF:SD: SUV: (2011), Special Agent Oso and “Are you There Chelsea” (2012).
He appeared in the Los Angeles Times critic’s choice play Blackout, an adaptation of the feature film Drunks in April and May 2003, and on April 4, 2004, starred in the Actors’ Fund of America one-performance only reading of Sunset Boulevard. Wilmer filmed the short film La torcedura in which he played the lead, and appeared in The Darwin Awards, an independent film directed by Finn Taylor.
Valderrama played significant roles in Royal Pains (2011) as Eric, “Suburgatory” (2012-13) as yoni, “Raising Hope” as Ricardo Montes. In 2012, he played detective Efrem Vega in the fantasy drama “Awake” for 13 episodes. In 2013, he was starred as Don Carolos in a horror TV series “From Dusk till Dawn: The Series” for 13 episodes.
He appeared in the fiction crime drama, Minority Report as Will Blake. His stint on the show consisted of 10 episodes. He also played patient Nick in Medical drama Grey’s Anatomy for 5 episodes.
Throughout the years he acted in several movies include Larry Crown (2011), School Dance (2014), The Girl is in Trouble (2015), The Adderall Diaries (2016). Valderrama joined NCIS (2016) in its fourteenth season. He is a series regular as NCIS Special Agent Nicholas Torres. He appeared in documentary film Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated (2017). In June 2018, it was reported that Valderrama, had joined the main cast of the web sitcom “The Ranch” as Umberto.
His first song “The Way I Fiesta” released on May 11, 2011, which he performed as his alter ego, Eduardo Fresco. The video was directed by Akiva Schaffer from the group The Lonely Island. Danny Masterson his former costar made a special cameo appearance in the video.
Valderrama also appeared in the 2009 music video for Wisin & Yandel’s song “Imaginate” and also produced and performed and in and the 2011 video for LMFAO’s song “Sexy and I Know It”. At the Billboard Latin Music Awards, he said that he is making music which he will release in Spanish and English. On July 27, 2012, he had an interview with Latina and said that he is recording tracks and is working with great artists/producers from both the English and the Spanish side.
